Case Managers

The Integrated Recovery Network case managers and volunteers go into Twin Towers Correctional facility to mentor in-mates and help them visualize life on the outside in housing, with health care and on-going case management.  This is key to breaking the cycle; 95% of the severely mentally ill people in Twin Towers have been there before.
